Colis2ouf is like the rehabilitation center for lost and abandoned packages. You know, those packages that never found their way to their owners? We give them a second life... and a new home. Yours, perhaps?
2. Where do your packages come from?
Our packages come from the confines of warehouses and the depths of sorting centers. They have been forgotten, lost, rejected... but we have saved them, it is good for you and for the planet! Each package has a mysterious story, and we are here to help you discover it.
3. What is the difference between a lost package and a surprise package?
A lost package has never found its initial recipient. After a delay, it can be resold. This is where we step in to save these treasures. Surprise packages come from lots, series and clearances that we buy for you, to vary the pleasures in your Parcels 2 ouf!
4. How does it work?
You choose a package on our site, you click, you pay, and tada! a Parcel 2 ouf arrives at your home. It's like a party or your birthday, but better, because you really don't know what you're going to receive. Exciting, right?
5. What if I get something weird?

6. What if I receive a counterfeit?
Oops, it can happen! If you discover a fake Gucci or a questionable Rolex, please destroy it or send it back to us. We laugh at many things, but not at counterfeits!
7. Why do some packages appear to have been opened?
Well, some of our lost packages have been inspected by European customs, they make sure nothing non-compliant crosses the borders. So, if you see a box a little searched, it's normal. They're just making sure your treasures are up to standard!
8. Can I return a package if I don't like it?
No returns possible, sorry! The spirit of Colis 2 ouf is to embrace the unknown. On the other hand, if you really don't like your package, why not organize an exchange evening with friends, but it's true that some resell on the net (Leboncoin, Vinted etc.)? The opportunity of some makes the happiness of others!
9. How can I pay?
Credit card, Apple Pay... You have the choice. As long as the money is real, we accept almost everything!
10. Do you ship internationally?
We deliver anywhere the postal service can go. Even to the ends of the earth! Or at least we try.
11. What happens if my package never arrives?
The irony of fate, isn't it? If your package gets lost, we'll send you another one. Because we don't joke about lost packages at Colis 2 ouf.
